Projects of much awaited companies have come up in Mohali. Following companies have started their projects and has started booking plots and Apartments:

Best Part of Projects of Mohali are that all projects which has started has Environmental clearences, CLU letters issued, DPR Approved.

Comments on scope of Investment in Real Estate Sector.

Topic: Investment Scope
To what extent and years one anticipate upward swing or growth in Investment in real estate sector in "INDIA". Is it advisable for Indians/ NRI's/ Foriegners to withdraw their savings from Fixed deposits and saving accounts and push their Hard Earned Money in Buying/ Booking/ Investing in properties.


We personally feel and conclude that this upwrd swing will stay for another six years. For next two years the returns on Investment in Real estate sector will yield profit of 60% subject to certain parameters:
